Not What I Expected

I bought this book from Revive Our Hearts a year or two ago. The tagline, "The power of a soft warrior" caught my attention. Off To The Zoo!

I bought this book because it was recommended to me based on the illustrations. (Did you know I have a Graduate Certificate in Children's Literature from Penn State? :)) I immediately fell in love with the spunky girl and her cooperative stuffed monkey. I Almost Wished My Son Away

A few weeks ago, I took my son to the playground. He is 2 years old and quite independent and rowdy when he's comfortable in his surroundings.
